About The Spastic Children’s Association of Singapore (SCAS)
The SCAS is a organization that is established in the 1957 to provide a different kind of education, services like rehabilitation, vocational training and employment that are gainful for both children and adults who are suffering from cerebral palsy.
Mission/Vision
The vision of the committee members is to be the main leading centre in the region to provide care and concern for people with cerebral palsy and allowing them to unleash their potential fully.
The mission of the committee members is they believe in providing their clients with creative, professional and service with quality and support for them in areas such as early intervention, education, vocation and also to bring people of different race/ethnic groups into unrestricted and equal association.

Web Presence? Good?/bad?
When i had my first look on this website, i wanted to just get off the site quickly as the web itself is pretty boring and bland. Just because of this issue, it definitely will not attract potential clients.
Effective?Practical?
No. This is because everything is aligned to the top of the page which causes a lot of free space not being used. This space can actually be used to add in social media tools like twitter,face book or youtube but they did not. There is lack of updates also and information provided on the website is not a lot.
Website up to date?
No, from the website, the latest update was around the month of june 2009. This meant that the website is not up to date for nearly 1 year.
Any updates?
No
What is lacking?
Frequent updates the website often so as to keep visitors up to date with the latest information. There is also no social media tools used which i think they should have used.
Area for improvement?
They should update more often and collaborate with other organization that are providing similar services.
Advantages of social media tools
With the use of social media tools, companies or organizations is able connect with their clients and build relationships and conversation with them.Companies/organizations are able to build trust with clients if they connect with them on both professional and personal level. Since social media tools is all about sharing information too so with those tools, clients is able to know the companies/organizations better and this benefit the a lot. It is also free to use social media tools and good for marketing an service online as they are able to scout out potential customers with merely a few clicks.
